Job Summary:
This job is to overall lead toothpaste focus factory production planning and capacity related projects coordination.
作为牙膏生产的主计划，协调各个生产区域的产能分配。

Major Responsibilities:
1. Overall manage toothpaste focus factory capacity & production plan to support both in-house and export customer demand, including long term annual capacity review and short term monthly capacity plan (e.g. CNY prebuild/peak season).
负责牙膏车间的主计划（包括生产计划和产能计划），支持国内及国外订单供货，包括长期的年度产能计划及短期产能计划（例：应对中国旺季高峰期的生产供应）

2. Weekly create and adjust master production plan, and monitor the detailed daily scheduling.
负责创建及调整生产周计划，及管理生产日计划。


3. Weekly MRP review with material planner to ensure master plan execution
每周和物料计划员回顾所有物料供应，保证生产计划的顺利执行

4. Regular review and contact with supply network planning team(domestic SNP, export CBS), to get updated demand from customers and update in the system, then communicate support plan, to ensure a good customer fulfill rate.
与国内及国外供应计划每周回顾客户需求的变化并确保能反映真实需求在SAP系统，快速响应市场的需求变化及提高客户订单完成率。

5. Regular review with the logistics team for shipment arrangement.
与物流团队回顾出货计划，确保产品按时供应到客户端。

6. Plan, manage and monitor inventory to meet daily/monthly/year targets, aligned with the inventory owner.
控制库存水平达到目标水平。

7. Master data maintain/update/regular audit, to ensure SAP accuracy & efficiency.
定期维护回顾及更新产品主数据，确保SAP产品主数据的正确及有效。

8. Coordinate with multi-functions to timely and properly resolve customer complaints.
跨部门沟通协调处理生产过程中出现的问题，同时快速响应并解决客户投诉。

9. Lead or coordinate capacity upgrade/expansion related projects.
分析及协调产能以满足支持工厂项目的落地。

Required qualifications
Education/ Experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Mathematical, Statistics, Logistics and Mechanical Engineering or related majors;
本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、物流和机械类或相关专业优先；
2.At least 2 years working experience in the Production Planning area.
2年及以上生产计划相关经验。

Key competencies:
1. Good design thinking, statistical analysis and data problem solving skills;
具备良好的逻辑思维、分析能力和解决数据相关问题的能力；
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
具备较好的语言表达和跨部门沟通能力；
3. Language: Fluent Chinese/English – ability of reading, writing and speaking.
适应中英文双语工作环境；
4. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft software; Familiar with Excel/Google Sheet, VBA experience preferred
熟悉使用电脑，包括微软相关软件。熟悉Excel/Google Sheet函数，掌握VBA/Power query更佳；
5. Have knowledge on SAP, PPDS experience preferred;
掌握SAP系统应用，能同时了解并掌握APO PPDS更佳；
6. Be familiar with the consumer goods manufacturing concepts and operation.
熟悉快消行业生产供应模式，有电商产品生产计划经验优先。
