Key Responsibilities · Routine communication with Cold Chain Customers to Understand 1.Customers’ product/project/solution profile 2.Customers’ new product/project development plan and requirement in compressor/CDU selection 3.Technology trend, Competitor’s information and potential application opportunities · Deliver technical training and seminars, providing guidelines, solutions, and recommendations in product and application. · Answer customers' daily technical inquires and follow up the on-going applications in customers · Visit customer sites to diagnose technical issues through system testing and data analysis. · Address and follow up on quality issues related to line and field returns. · Assist internal teams in solving engineering design problems. 1.To support R&D, Sales, Marketing and Plant on engineering issues 2.To participate the internal NPD projects 3.To prepare the needed technical documents
Requirements · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Energy & Power Engineering. Mechanical Engineering and Electrical degrees are acceptable with relevant AC/Refrigeration experience. · 6-8+ years of experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Energy & Power Engineering. · Proven problem-solving skills and a positive attitude when confronting difficulties. · Proficient in building relationships and a standout colleague attitude. · Proficient in English. (English Grade 4 or 6) · Strong analytical and logical abilities. · Strong willingness to self improvement and ability to learn quickly.
