SUMMARY:
13Responsible for the whole process of import and export, including but not limited to materials, spare parts, and FG. Also responsible for cross-border related processes. In this role, he or she needs to be an expert about the import/export process,related policy and regulation, and ensure all in compliance as a “must”.

RESPONSIBILITIES：
1、Monitor import & export shipping daily operation.
2、Lead team to achieve key KPIs.
3、Monitor shipping agents and forwarders’ performance.
4、Manage Customs affair and compliance.
5、Provide logistics analysis for new export customers.
6、Control logistic cost and budget.
7、Work on operation SOP improvement.
8、8Work with internal cross functional team for maintaining customs & CIQ honor.
9、Support CBS business and maintaining customer service.
10、SAP, GSN support & maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:
1、Bachelor holder of above;Fluency spoken & written in both English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
2、Professional knowledge on import/export process, as well as cross-border； Familiar about the customs’ policy and regulation.
3、Strong negotiation, good presentation & communication skill are necessary；Excellent communication with both internal and external customers.
4、Skillful power BI, excel, etc digital data analytics tool, as well as SAP or ERP.
5、Can work under heavy working pressure.
