1. Handle with business cost recoveries and other business related accounting tasks.
2. Support on month end closing working tasks, including but not limited to manual summaries of business revenue by product, product level required analysis like aging or movement analysis, month end reconciliations on business occurrence and balance.
3. Assist the team when there is any business change or new business initiatives.
4. Prepare and submit regular reports out of business and management needs, such as monthly actual group and local MI reports, cost allocation, financial data for multiple business meeting requests.
5. Support on entity forecast and financial resources plan process, cooperating with not only firm-wide business and functions but also group teams.
6. Deliver MI results to multiple relevant stakeholders with appropriate communications.
7. Prepare payment files of Finance owned bills and recharges.
1. University graduate with 2-3 years’ experience in financial reporting and analysis gained from the Financial Services sector
2. Keen and open to learn and grow for new knowledge or skills.
3. Good interpersonal, communication skills with confidence and competency to deal with senior business managers
4. Possession of professional accounting qualification is preferred.
5. Strong business mind-set together with analytical and problem solving skills
6. Well-organised, detail-orientated, able to cope with tight deadlines
7. Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English.

What additional skills will be good to have?
1. Experience in security industry preferred.
2. Certificate of accounting professional or SAC holder is a plus.
