职位描述
Principal responsibilities

1.To support 2LOD stakeholders in stewardship tasks across activities like Trigger Event, Continuous Monitoring Plans, Issue Read across, Path to green (PTG), (RCA) reviews.
2.To proactively identify key emerging RC risks across all RC categories and interface appropriately with risk stewards and senior management.
3.To pro-actively work with the Business and Stakeholders to enhance policies and procedures as required.
4.To provide innovative and effective solutions to problem statements based on SME knowledge that assist the stewards.

Customers / Stakeholders

1.Maintain effective relationship with business areas and identify areas of improvements through continuous communication across 3LOD Stakeholders.
2.Escalate key stakeholder issues in an effective way to ensure timely resolution.
3.Provide recommendations and guidance to stakeholders around Risk, control, Issue and Action profiles end to end to improve risk management.

Teamwork

1.Effective collaboration across the HSBC Group including the country risk stewards, CoE leaders, RC senior leadership, Group RC, across the region to support RC stewardship task.
2.Constructive feedback of team members while collaborating with them in process of achieving stewardship objectives.
3.Assist in creating & maintaining an environment within the team which fosters free sharing of knowledge & ideas developing soft skills and technical competency for self.

Operational Effectiveness & Control

1.Identification and management of RC risks. In-depth understanding of risk management framework and risk stewards responsibilities. Performance of stewardship tasks as per standards and provide risk recommendations.
2.Implementation of tracking and oversight protocols to ensure stewardship recommendations are being shared on time, actioned where required.
3.Identify re-engineering, Automation processes alignment opportunities across processes/systems to improve efficiency, in turn reducing lead time, improve consistency/quality/ cost saves.
1.Risk Frameworks – Excellent knowledge and understanding of: Risk Management Framework and Non financial risk management framework. An understanding of the concepts supporting a risk management framework, the lines of defence and how they interact and how a risk profile is established, with key risks identified and appropriate controls mapped. Knowledge of how a risk profile can be challenged and remediation activities tracked.
2.Regulatory Compliance Risks – Knowledge of the wider regulatory environment risks and some idea of the likely regulatory risks and upcoming changes that are mostly likely to impact global banking and which areas of our business are likely to be most affected.
3.Business Processes – Candidates should have an overall understanding of the different types business of HSBC and the types of products offered by each and how these businesses are supported by middle and back offices.
4.Stakeholder Engagement – Candidates must feel confident engaging with onshore stakeholders directly, including 1LoD and 2LoD stakeholders. Candidates must be able to build effective working relationships and provide robust challenge and feedback where necessary without compromising those relationships.
5.Report Writing & Drafting skills – Candidates must be able to meet challenging deadlines to produce outputs. Must have ability to draft recommendations in clear, concise and professional manner to convey the stewardship analyis output to senior stakeholders.
6.Successful delivery within a change / project environment.
7.To support decisions with sound reasoning, clearly articulate the case for risk management and policy and the business and regulatory implications of analysis and findings.
8.As a highly motivated and dynamic self-starter, working collaboratively within teams, delivering on time and with a strong attention to detail.
With strong inter-personal skills and excellent communication, dealing with senior executives.
