Business Development Manager (Group) 集团业务拓展经理
The Business Development Manager (Group) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing new business deals to drive revenue growth across all companies within the group. This role serves as the frontline in expanding the group's customer base and market presence. 集团业务拓展经理主要负责判断新的商机、开拓潜在客户线索、培养与潜在客户的关系,达成签约新业务,为集团旗下所有公司带来收入增长。这一职位是推动集团扩大客户群体和市场份额的前线。
Key Responsibilities: 主要职责:
61 Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to create a solid pipeline of new business prospects.
61 主动与潜在客户、合作伙伴和行业领袖建立并培养关系,创建新商机渠道
61 Craft persuasive proposals and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the group's value proposition.
61 为潜在客户撰写有说服力的商业计划书,并展示令人信服的演示文稿,突出集团的价值主张
61 Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
61 与新客户谈判并签订业务合同,确保条款和条件对双方都有利
61 Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and networking.
61 通过开展市场研究、分析行业趋势和社交网络,识别、筛选并追踪新的商业机会
61 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the group, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align efforts and ensure seamless execution.

61 Represent the group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

61 Maintain a deep understanding of the group's products, services, and competitive landscape to position offerings effectively.

Qualifications: 资格要求:
61 Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience, preferably in a similar industry

61 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

61 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

61 Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
