Lead & manage RFID MTN team on managing all the machine and equipment, to ensure all the equipment well maintained and cross function support to ensure the business in exceeding service, quality, safety, and cost goals.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
● Lead operational excellence in RFID’s maintenance, to ensure the business in exceeding service, quality, safety, and cost goals. ● Provide quick support when equipment malfunction. ● Spare parts management. ● Work closely with process team and product team for new product / process developing. ● Assist RFID production team to improve the product quality. ● Provide technical and process training for assistant engineer and clerk. ● Ensure the development and operational compliance of all safety, health, and security. policies/procedures in coordination with company requirements. ● Participate in and enforce EHS practices and training. ● Other work assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications：
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. ● At least 5 years of manufacturing experience and of driving team excellence. ● Must be able to communicate well in English. ● Firsthand experience with Flexo printing platforms is an advantage. ● Certification in improvement processes is preferred (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean, etc.). ● Experience with MSProject, AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred. ● Educated in or working experience with a US or European country is a plus.
