The role will be responsible for sales management requirements including direct selling experience, building, developing and managing distribution channels, training and evaluating distributors, capable for working with distributor & design institute & owner directly, attending product demos and customer meetings to assess effectiveness and commitment of each sales channel, support distribution channels with product updates, competitive sales information and be responsible for monthly or more frequent forecasting, drive business results.

Responsibilities
61 Accountable for sales revenue and contribution margin for assigned territory. 61 Manage and grow key account customers, generate sales revenue from the territory. 61 Deliver projects success in the region. 61 Develop the selling/marketing strategy for the region/territory, including promotional and brand awareness development. 61 Identify, develop and manage channels in the region; set up price and territory discipline within the region. 61 Internal support and resource alignment. 61 Regional sales forecast by product. 61 Grow customers and develop new distributors. 61 Manage and resolve Customer complaints. 61 Other related work assigned by his manager and the company from time to time.
Job Requirements
Qualifications 61 4-5 years of work experience in building materials or MW(岩棉) product. 4-5年建材或岩棉销售经验 61 Ability to build a strong selling channel. 61 Coordinate effectively with different teams/segments to avoid possible conflict. 61 Strong influencing ability to coordinate and align cross-functional resources to achieve the target of annual sales revenue, gross margin. 61 College diploma or above, with a major in building materials or construction engineering or HVAC engineering. 本科或以上,建材、工程或暖通专业 61 Excellent planning and organizing skills. 61 Excellent interaction skills and communication skills. 61 Be adaptable for business travel frequently.
