【Job Responsibilities】

1. Actively participate in the settlement process of the company's sales operations. Apply solid financial knowledge to review and analyze various settlement data to ensure accuracy and compliance;

2. Conduct thorough contract reviews in accordance with national accounting standards and the company’s financial policies. Identify potential financial risks and propose practical mitigation strategies;

3. Regularly prepare financial reports and analytical documents related to settlement activities. Utilize financial analysis methodologies to provide optimization recommendations that support sales strategy and resource allocation decisions;

4. Lead the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. Manage daily expense inputs and controls, participate in business budget decisions and reviews, and contribute to improving operational efficiency and financial sustainability;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by management.



【Job Requirements】

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines is preferred. Proficient in financial software and office tools, with hands-on experience in SAP and Excel. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills with a high sensitivity to numbers;

2. Good command of English for daily communication and meetings (final interview will be conducted in English);

3. Fresh graduates with excellent potential are welcome to apply. Internship experience in finance or accounting-related roles is a plus;

4. High integrity, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and teamwork skills;

5. Possessing or currently pursuing relevant professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or China’s intermediate accounting qualification is preferred.

【工作职责】

1. 深度参与公司销售业务的结算流程，运用扎实的财务专业知识对各类结算数据进行审查与分析，确保其准确性与合规性；

2. 根据国家会计准则及公司财务制度，严格审核结算相关合同条款，识别潜在财务风险，提出切实可行的风险防控建议；

3. 定期编制与结算业务相关的财务报表及分析报告，结合财务分析方法，提供业务优化建议，支持销售策略制定与资源配置决策；

4. 负责年度预算的编制与执行监控，日常开展费用投入管理与控制，参与预算使用的业务决策与复盘，助力提升经营效率与财务稳健性。

5. 完成领导临时交办的其它工作；



【职位要求】

1. 本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学、金融学等相关专业优先；熟练使用财务软件和办公工具，具备 SAP 系统及 Excel 等工具的实际操作能力；逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的数据分析能力与数字敏感度；

2. 具备良好的英语沟通能力，能够使用英语作为工作语言（终面将采用全英文面试）；

3. 欢迎优秀应届毕业生投递，具备财会、会计等相关实习经历者优先考虑；

4. 品行端正，积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作意识；

5. 持有或正在获取财会相关专业证书者优先，如 CPA（注册会计师）、ACCA、初级/中级会计职称、CMA（注册管理会计师）等。
