Main Responsibilities主要工作职责
主要负责RFID新产品开发质量策划与导入,问题分析和解决:
参与RFID新产品开发项目的早期阶段,理解功能规格和客户需求,并将其转化为具体的质量要求和标准。 Participate in the early stages of RFID new product development projects, understand functional specifications and customer requirements, and translate them into specific quality requirements and standards.
负责组织和编制新产品项目的质量计划,明确各阶段的质量目标、控制点、检验标准。Responsible for organizing and preparing the Quality Plan for new product projects, clarifying quality objectives, control points, and inspection standards for each stage.
主导或参与新产品开发过程中的质量风险评估,识别潜在的质量风险并推动制定相应的预防和纠正措施。 Lead or participate in quality risk assessments during the new product development process, identify potential quality risks, and promote the development of corresponding preventive and corrective measures.
监控新产品开发各个阶段的质量活动和输出,确保符合既定标准。 Monitor the quality activities and outputs of each stage of new product development to ensure compliance with established standards.
样品制作和试产过程中的质量测试计划控制,收集和分析试产数据,识别和解决早期质量问题。 Quality control during sample production and trial production, collect and analyze trial production data, identify and solve early quality problems.
负责跟踪和处理新产品开发过程中出现的各类质量问题,组织相关团队进行根本原因分析。 Responsible for tracking and handling various quality problems that arise during the new product development process, and organizing relevant teams for root cause analysis.
推动制定和实施有效的纠正和预防措施,并验证其有效性,防止问题再次发生。Promote the development and implementation of effective corrective and preventive measures, and verify their effectiveness to prevent recurrence of problems.
管理和维护新产品开发过程中的不合格品,确保得到妥善处理。Manage and maintain non-conforming products during the new product development process to ensure they are properly handled.
支持新产品顺利导入量产,确保生产线具备稳定生产合格产品的能力。 Support the smooth introduction of new products into mass production, ensuring the production line has the capability to stably produce qualified products.
完成上级领导交办的其他与质量相关的工作。 Complete other quality-related tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements岗位要求：
大专及以上学历,希望来自电子相关行业或者具备电子工程相关专业;College degree or above, preferably from electronics-related industries or with a major in electronics engineering;
熟悉新产品导入,有测试工作相关经验; Familiar with New Product Introduction (NPI),with relevant experience in testing work.
具备良好的英语听说读写能力,英语6级优先; Possess good English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; CET-6 is preferred;
熟悉电脑操作。 Familiar with computer operations.
主动性高; High initiative;
良好的团队意识; Good team spirit;
良好的沟通技巧。 Good communication skills.
