As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivery specific sales, distribution development, and end user winning target for the Area, develop and manage the territory customer base and provide information and market data to ensure effective delivery of the overall business targets.
Key Responsibilities 61 Main achievements: Achieve the annual sales key performance indicators via a Mid-Tier muti brand proposition and manage costs, receivables and expenses within budgets. 61 Deliverables: Sales Performance---Achieve and exceed annual sales targets. Distributor Development and Retention—Identify, develop new distributor/customer while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing distributors/customers. 61 Goals: Revenue Growth—increase year-over-year sales revenue by 10%-15%. New distributors developments: Secure 5+ new distributors. 61 Areas of work: in charge of 2-3 provinces in South and West Area. 61 Team Structure: direct report to Territory Manager
Qualifications 61 Number of Years’ experience: more than 5 years sales experience 61 Previous experience preferred: refinish coatings industry 61 Education (required): College degree or above 61 Languages: English 61 Other preferred qualifications (preferred): Refinish coating technical skill ( painting or color matching)
