Main Tasks 1. Provide sales support in assigned regions to achieve budge for business unit (order, sales and GP). 2. Develop, recommend and transfer best practice of selling strategy and approach, especially for priority product/s. 3. Provide training to sales team (CZ and dealer) through content development and course delivery (including on-the-job training), especially in sales aspect. 4. Work with product and sales management to develop regional luminary and reference site in assigned regions. 5. Collect and report market information on competition activities, customer response, and technique trend in assigned regions. 6. Participate in developing and executing marketing strategy, product positioning, and promotion program. 7. Assist in developing sales aids, and organizing product demo, 8. Perform any other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or as may be required by operations.
Education University degree or above. Experience Sales channel background with Minimum 2 years sales experience, ophthalmology preferred Other skills 1. Flexibility and willingness to extensive travel 2. Depth in at least one technology area and knowledge of related technologies. Requires strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication necessary to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers. 3. Considerable knowledge of English 4. To deliver medical products training, perceive the audience and modify the training method appropriately 5. To understand customer needs and link them to solutions 6. Quickly and efficiently respond to inquiries and complaints 7. Communicate technically advanced subjects with customers on all levels 8.
