Job Overview: The FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) Project Manager is responsible for end- to-end management of hotel FF&E projects, including planning, procurement, production, logistics, installation, and final handover. The role ensures timely, budget- compliant, and quality-driven delivery aligned with brand standards and owner requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1.FF&E Planning & Coordination ●Review FF&E design schemes (e.g., furniture, lighting, artwork, soft furnishings) during design phases to ensure compliance with brand standards, functionality, and budget. ●Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to resolve conflicts between FF&E and MEP/structural systems. 2.Budget & Procurement Management ●Develop FF&E budgets, monitor cost variances, and optimize procurement strategies. ●Lead vendor selection, competitive bidding, and contract negotiations to balance quality, lead time, and cost. 3. Production & Logistics Oversight ●Track manufacturing progress, conduct Factory Readiness Inspections (FRI), and ensure compliance with specifications. ●Coordinate international/domestic logistics (including customs clearance), warehousing, and delivery schedules. 4. Installation & Handover ●Supervise on-site installation teams to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards. ●Conduct final inspections, document defects, and drive corrective actions for project closure. 5. Risk Management & Communication ●Identify risks (e.g., delays, cost overruns, quality issues) and implement mitigation plans. ●Provide regular updates to stakeholders (ownership, operators, design teams) and align cross-functional priorities. Qualifications 1.Education: ●Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Project Management, Hospitality, or related fields. 2.Experience: ●5+ years of FF&E project management experience in luxury hotels (experience with brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG preferred). ●Background in supply chain management, international trade (INCOTERMS), or construction management. 3.Skills: ●In-depth knowledge of FF&E lifecycle, materials, and manufacturing processes. ●Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel) and FF&E software (e.g., CAP). ●Strong negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and multitasking abilities. 4.Language: ●Fluency in English (for international projects); ability to handle contracts/tenders in English. 5.Other: ●Willingness to travel; resilience under pressure.
