岗位概述 Position Summary
负责解决生产中工艺技术问题和简单设备问题，并记录和报告问题的解决进展。协同生产主管一起以高效，经济，安全的方式实现生产指标完成，并致力于生产效率提升，开机人员技能提高和标准化作业，配合或主导新产品的引入
Be responsible for solving the problems of process and some equipment issues, and record & report the progress; Assist supervisors to achieve targets in a efficient, economic & safe way , and also improve the production efficiency, operators’ skill, standardization and in charge of the new product introduction.
主要职责 Main Task
1. 负责工艺参数标准化的管理，维持、保证产品质量和膜色的稳定性；
Responsible for standardized process parameters management, Maintain and ensure the quality of product and the stability of Coating color.
2. 协助或者主导新产品导入，生产工艺的调整与开发，创新，并进行降本和成材率的项目管理 ;
Assist or lead the new product introduction, technical process adjustment and development & innovation, as well as project management of cost-cutting & yield.
3. 指导操作员工正确进行镀膜生产操作，使其符合生产流程、工艺和设备的要求 ;
Train the operators to run the coating production in a right way to comply with the requirements of production flow, process and equipment.
4. 负责解决及排除生产中的质量问题，提高AR良率，并参与质量提升工作;
Responsible for investigating and solving the quality issues and improve the yield of AR & quality of the product.
5. 负责管理并保证镀膜机工艺记录的准确与完善;
Responsible for the accuracy of the process record and optimization.
6. 负责对工艺参数实施数据统计分析管理并负责推进工艺数字化，进行跨厂区及全球项目沟通协调；
Responsible for analyzing the process data and facilitate the digitalization of process, conduct cross-factory area and global project communication and coordination.
7. 负责团队管理及技能培训，不断提高团队成员专业能力；
Responsible for team management and skills training to continuously improve the professional capabilities of team members.
8. 完成上级领导临时交给的工作任务。
Finish other tasks assigned by manager.
任职要求 Job Qualifications
1. 大学本科及以上，物理、化学、材料或光学相关专业；
Bachelor’s degree above，Physical, Chemical, Material or Optical related.
2. 5年以上相关工作经验。熟悉光学镀膜工艺及AR coating的相关基础理论知识、有独立解决真空镀膜生产中的一般性问题的能力优先；
More than 5-year experience. Familiar with Coating process and technology, and strong ability of solving AR Coating issues are preferential.
3. 具备较强的沟通能力和工艺数字化、工艺模型应用等项目管理经验，能够主动、有效推进项目进程；
Strong communication skills and project management experience in process digitalization & model application, etc., be able to proactively and effectively promote the project progress.
4. 具备优秀的英语读写及口语交流能力；
Good English on reading, writing and oral communication.
5. 具备一定的6S，SPC，项目管理和品质管理6sigma等知识；
Familiar with 6S, SPC, Project management, quality management (6 sigma) and so on.
6. 具备较强的数据分析能力。
Strong ability on data analysis.
