We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CONTENT DESIGNER COPYWRITER. Business: HK Global Transformation Principal responsibilities Create, write, and design clear, concise, and user-centric content in English and/or Chinese for HSBC Hong Kong’s digital products, including the mobile banking app and online banking. Collaborate closely with UX designers to co-create the user experience, considering content structure, hierarchy, layout, navigation, accessibility, etc. Develop UX copy that guides user through our digital products, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a seamless user experience. Actively participate throughout the design process, from initial concept, prototyping, and iteration to final implementation, to deliver best-in-class user experiences. Communicate and collaborate effectively with business and tech stakeholders to align content with business goals and technical requirements. Support user research initiatives to understand user needs and behavior, and incorporate findings into content strategy and design. Ensure all content accurately represents the brand and adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and style. Manage and curate content to ensure it is up-to-date, relevant, and consistent across all digital platforms.

Proven experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or similar role.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and/or Chinese, with a keen
eye for detail.
Familiarity with UX design principles and collaboration with UX teams.
Profound understanding of best practices and trends regarding digital, banking, finance, and investment products.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good verbal communication skills in English.
Candidates who are proficient in both English and Chinese will be prioritized.
