岗位名称:Assistant Officer/Officer(创业桥计划运营) 所属单位:香港科技大学(广州)未来技术实验室(Lab of Future Technology, LFT) 岗位描述 创业桥计划是香港科技大学(广州)为红鸟硕士(RBM)学生打造的创业教育与实践项目,旨在将校园科研成果转化为实际应用,并培养学生的创业实践能力。本岗位将负责创业桥计划的日常运营和创业项目管理,并作为连接校外创业资源的桥梁,聚焦红鸟硕士学生的科技创业实践成长,确保每个项目在良好的指导和资源支持下不断推进。 作为创业桥计划运营专员,您的工作涵盖创业项目进展跟踪、双月评审会议组织、团队协调管理以及创新实践活动策划等方面。您需要主动对接投资人、行业导师等各方资源,为学生创业项目引入资金和产业支持,并协助项目团队完善商业模式、拓展市场渠道。我们的目标是让创业桥计划高效、有序且富有成效地运行,实现红鸟硕士教育体系中“创业能力培养”与“科研成果落地转化”的深度融合,为学生从研究走向创业搭建坚实桥梁。 主要职责 1. 创业项目进展管理: 跟进红鸟硕士学生创业项目的进度和里程碑完成情况,及时掌握各项目动态;维护并定期更新项目资料及数据库,确保每个项目按照计划稳步推进。 2. 创业资源拓展与对外联络: 主动拓展创业所需的各类资源,建立并维护与投资人、创业导师、孵化机构及企业伙伴的合作关系;为学生创业项目争取资金、技术、市场等支持。 3. 双月评审会议组织与反馈落实: 策划并组织项目双月评审会议,邀请资深投资人、科技专家和创业导师参与项目评审与指导;准备评审资料,记录专家反馈,并跟进落实改进措施,帮助团队根据建议优化项目方案。 4. 创业项目指导: 深度参与学生创业项目,在商业模式打磨、技术开发迭代、团队建设等方面提供支持与建议;协调安排专业导师对接,帮助科研创新成果加速转化,推动创业项目从0到1的成长。 5. 创业活动策划与执行: 策划并执行各类创新创业实践活动(如“红鸟创客万里行”、实地调研、项目路演等),丰富学生的创业实践体验,提高项目曝光度;负责活动全流程的组织实施,并对活动效果进行总结评估。 6. 项目团队协调与内部支撑: 协调学生创业项目团队的日常人事和行政事务;与LFT内部宣传、财务、实验室管理等同事密切协作,提供项目运营所需支持,保障创业桥计划各项工作顺利实施。 任职要求 61 本科及以上学历,理工科或相关科技领域专业背景优先,对前沿科技和创新趋势有浓厚兴趣; 61 至少2年项目管理、创业项目运营或高校学生事务相关工作经验,具有从0到1推进项目的实战经历; 61 优秀的项目管理能力和执行力,能够统筹多项任务并确保按时推进落实; 61 具备出色的资源拓展和对外沟通能力,有直接对接投资人或创业导师的经验者,以及拥有创业实践经历者优先; 61 熟练使用各类办公软件和协同工具,具备优秀的文案写作、文档整理和数据分析能力; 61 具备一定的英文沟通能力强,可以在国际化创新环境下的工作交流; 61 工作细致认真,责任心强,具备高度的主动性和团队协作精神,在压力下依然能保持高效率; 61 热爱高校创新创业教育事业,认同培养学生创业能力和促进科研成果产业化的使命,愿意在这一领域长期发展。 Position Title: Assistant Officer/Officer(创业桥计划运营) Department: Lab of Future Technology (LFT), The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) ________________________________________ Position Overview The Bridge Program is an entrepreneurship education and practice initiative established by HKUST (Guangzhou) to support Redbird MPhil (RBM) students in transforming academic research into practical applications and developing their entrepreneurial competencies. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and project management of the Bridge Program and serves as a vital link to external entrepreneurship resources. The primary focus is to support the technological entrepreneurship journey of RBM students and ensure that each project progresses steadily with appropriate mentorship and resources. As the Bridge Program Operations Officer, your responsibilities will include tracking the progress of entrepreneurial projects, organizing bi-monthly evaluation meetings, coordinating team operations, and planning innovation and entrepreneurship activities. You are expected to proactively engage with investors, industry mentors, and other stakeholders to bring funding and industry support to student ventures, while also assisting teams in refining their business models and expanding market access. The goal is to ensure the Bridge Program operates efficiently, effectively, and with lasting impact, deeply integrating entrepreneurial capability development and research commercialization into the RBM education system—helping students transition from research to real-world entrepreneurship. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Project Progress Management: Track the progress and milestone achievements of RBM student ventures; maintain and regularly update project documentation and the program database to ensure steady advancement of each team. 2. Entrepreneurship Resource Development and External Engagement: Proactively identify and secure resources required for startup development; establish and maintain collaborations with investors, entrepreneurship mentors, incubators, and corporate partners; help student teams secure funding, technical support, and market access. 3. Bi-monthly Review Meetings and Feedback Implementation: Plan and organize bi-monthly evaluation sessions; invite experienced investors, tech experts, and mentors to review and advise on project progress; prepare materials, record expert feedback, and ensure follow-up on action items to help teams improve their strategies accordingly. 4. Project Incubation and Mentorship Coordination: Participate deeply in the incubation process of student startups by providing support and advice on business model development, tech iteration, and team formation; coordinate mentor assignments and help accelerate the transformation of research into viable startups. 5. Entrepreneurial Activities Planning and Execution: Plan and execute various innovation and entrepreneurship activities (e.g., “Redbird Venture Trek,” field studies, and pitch events) to enrich students' entrepreneurial experiences and increase project visibility; oversee the full cycle of these events and evaluate their impact. 6. Team Coordination and Internal Support: Manage HR and administrative affairs of student project teams (e.g., RA recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, contract handling); collaborate closely with LFT colleagues in communications, finance, and lab operations to provide necessary support for the smooth implementation of the Bridge Program. ________________________________________ Qualifications 61 Bachelor’s degree or above; academic background in STEM or related technical disciplines preferred; strong interest in frontier technologies and innovation trends. 61 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management, startup operations, or student affairs in higher education, with hands-on experience in driving projects from concept to execution. 61 Strong project management and execution skills; capable of handling multiple tasks and ensuring timely delivery. 61 Excellent external engagement and resource development abilities; candidates with experience directly engaging with investors or mentors, or with entrepreneurial experience, are highly preferred. 61 Proficient in office software and collaboration tools; strong skills in writing, documentation, and data analysis. 61 Proficient in English communication (spoken and written); able to work effectively in an international and innovation-driven environment. 61 Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and a strong team player with the ability to maintain high performance under pressure. 61 Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship in higher education; committed to supporting students in developing entrepreneurial competencies and promoting the real-world application of research results.
