· Perform in-house call to credit card applicant, obtain missing data and clarify doubtful information in connection with the new applications. · Perform data maintenance, interpretation and documentation review referring the obtained information in accordance with established credit guidelines, operation procedures. · Maintain the service quality and productivity at defined business requirement.
任职要求: · College graduate or above; · Good team player, hardworking and self-motivated; · Fluent in Cantonese and can read and write in English; · Fluent in Oral English is preferred. · Good analytical skill and common sense · Good telephone communication techniques · Willing to overtime and shift duty including holidays · Customer service experience, bank and credit card knowledge is preferable.
