Grow the sales of related product portfolio and provide direct and efficient sales service to increase customer’s satisfaction and loyalty. 02 ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the fulfillment of revenue target of assigned territory and sales target. Work with Marketing, Clinical Solutions, Field Application and Customer Care team of Cepheid to develop added value packages to increase customer loyalty and maximize business potential Maximize business opportunities and grow revenue across the Cepheid product portfolio for the territory wide key accounts in hospitals. Develop Key Opinion Leaders for Cepheid products by proactive communication on product and technology, regular & frequent sales visits and marketing & academic programs or specific evaluation projects. Identify Key Account’s current and potential spend and strategic value Develop partnerships and long-term relationships with existing and new key customers Manage tender process and submissions in key accounts and be an active coordinator among Cepheid, customers, and distributors. Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends in the responsible territories. Play an active role in the establishment of key reference sites and training center. Participate in Application, Sales and Marketing programs as required TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED) Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education or Experience (in years):02 Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in clinical medicine, laboratory medicine, pharmaceutical, molecular biology, microbiology, or related major, master’s degree is a plus. At least 3 years sales management experience in MNCs of medical device or IVD or pharmaceutical industry 3+ years sales experience in hospital, clinical laboratory, and/or life science markets Knowledge and skills:02 Excellent understanding of hospital customer and/or Govt. department purchasing process Good knowledge of the infectious disease and/or oncology diagnostic market as well as related techniques Excellent professional selling skills to government departments, laboratory technicians, clinicians, and healthcare professionals Trackable record in meeting sales targets, distribution development and/or team management Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills and planning ability. Strong execution ability in the field and is willing to accept frequent travels Good team player with open mind, self-motivation. Creative but result oriented, can work under pressure with optimistic.0202 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications Proficient in both Mandarin and English Physical requirements/abilities:02 Need to afford extensive travels (50% of working time) to see customers, distributors and attend company meetings.
