SC Job Purpose: Provide departmental support to ensure timely preparation of purchase orders and reports, comprehensive record keeping and smooth flow of work, closely with supply, logistics, package, and quality teams as well as sample and bulk receiving from suppliers.
SC Key Responsibilities: ? Coordinate with SD/QD during product development for smooth handoff from sample to mass production, facilitate update if needed ? Follow-up and coordinate with suppliers in day-to-day production management, make sure delivery on time ? Work cross functionally with supply & logistics teams to coordinate the preparation and shipment ? Validate packing list and invoices and update the master data ? Analyze & support in creating efficient/ optimal supply plans for seasons & repeat orders
