Work Scope
- Boutique annual / quarterly Strategy Plan and action plan together with Office CEM
- Reporting analysis / insights, support Boutique Management (monthly, weekly…) to understand the trend
- Monitor the CEM KPIs and fine-tune the actions & plan
- CEM orchestration depending on Boutique organization and maturity (persons in charge, tools, timeline)
- FA’s clienteling skills : from observation (spot check) and DHOBs feedback, provide solution to bridge gaps (morning brief refresh to training content like scripts). Partner with office to leverage on expertise and existing content
- Coordination with different departments for the action plan follow up
- Focus us on Event coordination :
cascade and emphasize the event positioning and targeting
RSVP follow up
Improve process
KPIs follow up
- Ad hoc client insights from floor observation and discussion based on Office CEM needs
Management and improvement on Marketing Tools (Brochure, …)
Work Experience
- At least 5-year experience in Luxury retail
- Basic knowledge of CEM with strong interest to develop expertise
