Daily operation on customer release, including data analysis, release transfer internally, shipping document preparation, truck booking, scheduling and shipping in system.
Monitor daily supply chain operation, including production layout, production mode, capacity planning, short-term production output capacity, all material’s supply status. Recognize supply risk & coordinate resources to eliminate the risk.
Support Hangzhou plant related project development & engineer change from logistics perspective & lead the supply chain process planning including layout and material flow drawing, capacity planning, package design. Coordinate resources for customer’s on-site logistics audit & lead supply chain improvement as needed.
Key interface between customer and supplier in logistic delivery during launch/SOP/EOP phase, be responsible to assure good logistics delivery quality specially package delivery quality, 0 under delivery & 0 wrong delivery. Experience on package management is plus.
Responsible for logistic score of customer rating report and actin plans to get score back. Lead to have solutions for all Logistic issue/complaints external and internal and summarize lesson learn list.
Verify the delivery quantity in the customer billing report, to support on customer invoicing.
Qualifications:
College degree or above in logistics or related.
Min 3 years’ working experience as logistics specialist in supply chain department, experience in factory as planner is a plus.
Good command of English & computer operation skills.
Good communication Skills. Good team working spirit and hardworking with honest character.
