Job Description: ERP Support Executive.
Training on ERP will be provided. Must uesd to work in Garment industry.

Responsibilities:

1.Person will be responsible for supporting the users at all locations of Group in China.
2.Major role will be user training,
3.Reporting the gap between system and user requirement
4.MIS Reports generation.
5.Preparing user guide in local language.
6.IT Vendor management.
7.User support on IT peripherals.
8.Updating master data.
9.Performing super user tasks.
10.Preparing documentation on system change.
11.Issuing system change request.
12.Facilitating ERP integration with other applications if needed.
13.Supporting users for online meetings or VC applications.
14.Helping users for mailing issues.
