Job Requirements:
? University graduate with a major in foreign trade or English.
? Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
? 5 -7 years production follow up experience.
? Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
? Friendly and outgoing personality.
? Positive work attitude and willingness to learn and progress.
? Eager to learn new things and grow.
? Full of passion and energy; easy to communicate and connect with.
Job Responsibilities:
? Assist the merchandiser in fulfilling the daily work assigned by them.
? Closely contact with supplier & chase all production factors are on time achieved.
? Organize / check / send all the samples related to production / testing and shipment approval.
? Orientated as on time delivery, ensure all the production process fulfil as the agreed production critical path.
? Contact & get quoted from 3rd party for the inspection & book the DPI & FRI on time.
? Review the testing report & inspection report ensure the product quality is comply with customer standard.
? Liaise with internal shipping team and the supplier to book the vessel, ensure the goods past final inspection and container deliver to the port on time.
? Update all the data and figures onto system.
? Keep learning about foreign trade to become a qualified merchandiser.
? Follow up on other tasks assigned by supervisors and managers.
