Develop and maintain business relationships with new and previous Sponsors and with new groups with existing Sponsors. Manage complex contract negotiation, if needed and work with legal counsel as required. Manage ongoing client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Plan and organize customer visits (including visits to local hospitals) to ensure the appropriate staff are represented and introduced to new customers. Facilitate the transition of new studies from sales to the relevant teams ensuring that customer requirements and requests are communicated. Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on all services and therapeutic areas relevant to the company’s business model. Manage and provide business status updates on in-progress initiatives to the company management group. Perform ad-hoc tasks as appointed by the local CEO or assigned representative.
