? University graduate with a major in foreign trade or English.
? Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
? 8 years or above production follow up experiencen in the international buying
office.
? Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
? Friendly and outgoing personality.
? Positive work attitude and willingness to learn and progress.
? Eager to learn new things and grow.
? Full of passion and energy; easy to communicate and connect with.

Job Responsibilities:
? Close work with sourcing team on product buying team and creating the
purchasing contract onto the system and issue to supplier
? Closely contact with supplier & chase all production factors are on
time achieved.
? Able to negotiate and convince supplier to demand us on production
time path / sample cost / sample finish time / testing proceeding / inspection arrangement / courier sending /
online quality control / quality claims / product improvement / shipping schedule achievement / profitable payment agreement...etc.
? Organize / check / send all the samples related to production / testing and shipment approval.
? Orientated as on time delivery, ensure all the production process fulfil as the agreed production critical path.
? Contact & get quoted from 3rd party for the inspection & book the DPI & FRI on time.
? Review the testing report & inspection report ensure the product quality is comply with customer standard.
？ Able to negotiate with supplier and high skills to convince the
suppliers to reach your expectation.
? High competence to pre find the potential issues and make the prevent plans with overseas colleague and suppliers.
? As a mature & experience problem resolver, should be able to fight and drive the related parties to ensure the trouble is resolved on time
regarding the production quality, production & testing progress and the delivery date as well any of the commercial matters.
? Liaise with internal shipping team and production team as well the supplier to book the vessel, ensure the goods past final inspected and container delivered
to the port on time.
? Frequently travel to the factory to resolve the hard issues with supplier face by face, very skilled and capable to negotiate with low- or high-level people in the factory and
achieve a good result on all the issues which benefit to the company.
? Communicate with internal and external people in nice business manner and in logically, greatly maintain MACVAD reputation & commercial benefit always!
? Update all the data and figures onto system.
? Good understand and rich experience on hardgoods products across various different categories and keep the passion to learn the different products.
? Skilled on communicate with people and coach & lead junior people.
? Follow up on other tasks assigned by supervisors and managers.
