前台接待
上班时间：做六休一轮班制，一班9小时（因中晚饭各半小时）
薪酬架构：底薪+满房绩效+营收绩效+小商品提成+卖房提成（ 以上除底薪和全勤其余根据是否完成指标来分配）
绩效或奖金考核方式：根据是否完成营业指标
薪资发放日：每月15日
宿舍条件：和门店距离一公里多，走路15分钟（不住宿舍有800元补贴）
礼宾
工作要求：
1、身高175cm及以上五官端正，身材标准，仪态好，见客主动问候行礼 ，礼貌用语，礼节周到，负责客人的行李运送及安全。
2、C1驾龄三年以上。
3、负责在酒店用礼宾车接送客人，注意安全驾驶，具有良好的客服意识 ，会介绍酒店的基本情况。
4、做好酒店或餐厅方向的指引工作。
5、正门迎宾站岗，做好酒店大堂开门迎宾服务。
6、做好防疫和通道值守工作。
7、其余内工作内容服从领导安排。

薪酬架构：试用期二个月，试用期底薪5300元，转正后底薪（ 5600 ）+转正以后全勤（ 200 ）+绩效（营业指标达标后）
薪资发放日：每月15日
宿舍条件：和门店距离一公里多，走路15分钟（不住宿舍有800元补贴）

水疗中心前台接待/ SPA GRO
Responsibilities
1. The ability to follow proper payroll and key procedures.
2. The ability to verify the attendant staff is present.
3. The ability to greet all guests who enter the Spa
4. The ability to have a thorough understanding of every spa service including benefits, indications & contraindications
5. The ability to organize and schedule all guest bookings.
6. The ability to operate the Spa RA system for spa reservations and all other Spa Soft functions
7. The ability to read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.
8. The ability to operate the computer, copier, fax and credit card machines.
9. The ability to produce all Spa reports as required by management.
10. The ability to process outgoing mail.
11. The ability to process all charges.
12. The ability to set up and handle gift certificates.
13. The ability to use guests name appropriately in all situations.
14. The ability to copy and distribute materials.
15. The ability to upsell treatments to guests when booking.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
1. Ideally a college diploma in hospitality
2. Twelve months of relevant industry experience
3. English and one additional language
4. Knowledge of the local language of the hotel where you will complete your training is desirable
5. Eligibility to work at the location of the hotel where you will complete your training is essential
