主要职责/Key Responsibilities：
1. 负责产品、原料、主料、包装材料的改进和备份技术支持.
Be responsible for the technical support for the improvement and backup of the product、reagent、raw material and package material.
2. 负责新产品开发、产品转移、成本优化、投诉调查等技术支持.
Be responsible for the technical support for the NPI、product transfer、PCGP and complaint investigation.
3. 技术知识：开发操作/产品/流程知识并将其应用于支持领域；使用合理的判断，适当的科学方法和彻底的数据分析。
Technical Knowledge: Develop and apply operations/ product/ process knowledge to the area of support； Use sound judgment, appropriate scientific methods, and thorough data analysis.
4. 规划/项目管理：有效地构思，计划，设计，执行和记录项目/活动，并能满足运营的需求。
Planning/Project Management: Conceive, plan, design, execute, and document projects/activities efficientlyin conformance with applicable Operations.
5. 为运营、质量或其他工厂提供任何所需的产品技术支持.
Provide any necessary product technical support to Operations、Quality and other sites.
6. 负责完成上级主管安排的任务.
Be responsible for completing the task from the superior.

4. 工作经验或专业背景/Work Experience or Professional Background：
Major in bio-engineering/pharmacy, be familiar with IVDR products, regulations, or processes，3 to 5 years’ experience is a plus.生物工程或医药相关专业背景，熟悉体外诊断
试剂产品、法规或工艺过程，具有3-5 年相关经验者优先。
5. 教育背景/Education Background：
Bachelor's Degree and above is a plus 本科及以上学历优先
6. 其它要求/Others：
Good communication, result drive, team work spirit.良好的沟通能力，结果导向，团队合作精神。
