工作职责:
1.根据公司流程，建立、核查及更新国内和出口订单的物料清单；
Establish, check and update BOM for domestic and export orders according to company procedures;

2.协助商务运营团队处理SAP销售订单中的技术操作；
Support commercial operations team to handle technical operations of SAP sales orders;

3.审核客户询价需求，根据需求配置及更新相应的机组订单，确保及时和准确，处理和解决物料配置相关问题；
Review the requirement of customer quotation, configure and update corresponding unit orders according to requirement to ensure timeliness and accuracy, proceed and solve problems related to material configuration;

4.核查并确认客户具体需求，确保销售订单机组配置满足要求，防止不符合客户需求的配置改动或错误，提高运作效率；
Verify and confirm the specific needs of customers, ensure that the configuration of sales orders meets the requirements, prevent configuration changes or errors inconsistent with customer requirements, improve operational efficiency;

5.协调内部各团队，核查清单内的物料是否满足相关条件，并释放符合条件的物料；
Coordinate with internal teams to check whether the materials in the list meet the relevant conditions, and release the qualified materials;

6.根据条件，在系统内维护和释放销售订单；
Maintain and release sales orders within the system according to conditions;

7.与销售、技术、产品管理等相关团队合作，配合生成及管理特殊选项物料，根据客户需求识别可重复利用的特殊选项并提供给售前使用；
Cooperate with sales, technical, product management and other related teams to create and manage special option materials, identify re-usable special options according to customer’s demands and provide them to Pre-sales to use;

8.完成其他交办的工作。

任职资格:
1. 制冷暖通或机械制造等相关专业专科及以上
Diploma degree or above in refrigeration, HVAC, manufactory or related

2. 英语基础
Basic in English

3.3年及以上相关工作经验
Over 3 years working experience in related area

4. 熟悉BOM构建
Familiar with BOM construction

5.熟悉ERP系统，如Brain, Daten软件，熟练应用AUTOCAD及办公软件
Familiar with ERP, such as Brain, Daten software, familiar with AUTOCAD and MIS office

6. 良好的沟通能力
Good communication skills

7. 注重细节，具备出色的组织和问题解决能力。
Attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

8. 能够在快节奏的环境中工作，处理多个任务和优先事项。
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
