Principle responsibilities of this position will include:
1. Creating and development of engaging, effective and next generational technical training content, including ILT, e-learning, micro learning, video, assessments and practical methods according to best practice guidelines
2. Developing attractive and up to date classroom training material to support Train the Trainer sessions for the HYG Service Training staff
3. Delivery of technical training at HYG and dealer locations designed to increase sales, service profit, market share and customer satisfaction
4. Project Management ensuring all assigned projects are on track and materials are completed in the appropriate format
5. Continuously improving training and development within the Company
6. Working closely with the Global Service Training Teams and other HYG Service Departments

Knowledge & Skills Required:
1. Educated to Bachelor Degree level in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. HTS/PTH Automotive) with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in development and delivery of learning solutions
2. Relevant training development skills using Adobe, Microsoft, Articulate or other software packages
3. Ability to travel
4. Experience in creating video or animation content
5. Strong communication skills and ability to deliver technical training using modern training aids
6. Good English
