Job Description
1.Assesses potential application of company products to meet customer needs pre and/or post-sales and prepares detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions in alignment with manufacturer stated specifications.
2.Provide technical support for Cobetter global marketing. Work in close relationship with the sales representative and other technology specialists, to coordinate the activities and maximize result.To use your expertise to win the application specifications in key process steps in customers's antibody , recombinant protein ,vaccines, plasma and so on drug pipelines, as directed by the specialised sales force.
3. Process Development responsible for enabling commercialization of various customers gene therapy viral vector products m- RNA pipeline, drive the implementation of cobetter products across the development portfolio, and technical support of cobetter cross local functional teams.
4. Update customer of project status in particular if there are problems/issues with the project
Answer customer technical questions
Travel to customer sites for technical meetings or to perform test work
Give presentations and training
Need your ability
1.Bioprocess work experience in Biotech/Biopharm
2.Ability to plan and organise
3.Work independently and provide scientific analysis of data (able to apply a deep knowledge of scientific principles)
Identify issues within a project and propose solutions based on current practices or ability to propose new ideas
use independent judgment for individual daily tasks, require minimal supervision
4. Good written and verbal communication in english
Priority
Experience in the development of downstream processes and meeting GMP manufacturing requirements. Additional experience in cell culture will be an advantage.
Mastering of experiments for downstream process development services including cell culture, depth filtration, chromatography, TFF testing, sterile filtration, and analytics.
