Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our tech team. In this role, you'll utilize your expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to design and develop full-stack applications that are both efficient and scalable. Your contributions will be essential in crafting the architecture and driving the development of our software products, ensuring innovation and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, develop, and maintain robust, reusable, and efficient code across the full stack using React.js for the front end and Node.js with Express.js for the back end. Design and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring fast data retrieval and seamless interaction with the front-end. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and implement new features, offering technical guidance and driving best practices. Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues to maintain high responsiveness and optimal functionality. Uphold high standards of code quality by following best practices in code organization, testing, and automation.
Required Skills & Experience:
1、Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2、Must be able to speak English and collaborate with a U.S. based team.
3、Strong proficiency in JavaScript, particularly with React.js for front-end development, including knowledge of modern front-end workflows and tools. 4、Extensive experience in backend development using Node.js and Express.js, with a solid understanding of RESTful API design.
5、Deep experience working with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization in a NoSQL environment.
6、Solid understanding of JavaScript design patterns and best practices in full-stack development. Familiarity with DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, for automated testing and deployment.
7、At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development within the MERN ecosystem.
8、Experience with TypeScript, enhancing JavaScript with static types. Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
