岗位职责: 1.负责外方总经理的日常工作行程和时间安排,及时提醒; 2.负责总经理的日常差旅安排,包括订机票、订酒店、安排车辆等; 3.负责总经理重要来访人员的接待和安排; 4.负责总经理办公室的日常维护; 5.完成总经理交办的任务,全程跟踪并及时反馈;对于需要分配给他人的事项,全程跟踪并及时提醒; 6.每日国际快递的登记、审核、配送; 7.总经理交代的其他事项。 任职要求: 1.英文交流流利; 2.文秘、管理或英文相关专业优先考虑; 3.2年以上工作经验; 4.心细,善于安排,逻辑思维强,善于沟通。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the daily work arrangement of the foreign General Manager. Making the appointments and registration for the managers and other merchandisers with timely reminders. 2. Responsible for the GM's daily travel arrangements, including booking tickets, booking hotels, arranging cars, etc. 3. Responsible for the reception and arrangement of the GM's important visitors. 4. Responsible for the daily maintenance of the GM‘s office. Keep the office clean, orderly, confidential and safe. 5. To complete the tasks assigned by the GM. Must track the whole process and provide timely feedback. For the matters that need to be assigned to the others, be tracked throughout the whole process and reminded in time. 6.Register, check and distribute international express everyday. 7. Other matters assigned by the GM. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above. CET-6 or above. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. English for daily work. 2. Secretarial, Management and English-related majors are preferred with strong language expression ability. 3. Clear logic, rigorous and organized, good at planning and arranging, patient and meticulous. 4. Cheerful personality, strong execution ability, strong adaptability, negotiation ability and be able to deal with the emergencies.
