工作职责:

1. 通知仓管员收货和发货，收取物料送货单和准备相应的成品发货单据
To arrange warehouse forklift keeper receive incoming goods and dispatch finish goods. To prepare dispatching documents.

2. 负责物料系统入库，对接相应采购处理物料异常情况
To fulfill parts receiving in MRP, and contact purchasing team for dealing with abnormal cases.

3. 完成成品系统出库,与外仓进行账目核对
In charge of dispatching finish goods, and double check relevant items with external warehouse.

4. 负责售后物料的系统出库，清点，包装以及和第三方物流公司的交接
In charge of dispatching service goods in MRP, and finish all jobs of counting, packing and transferring to logistic suppliers.

5. 维护仓库MRP数据，更新存储记录，提取存储信息
To maintain and update data in MRP, and update storage records, extract storage information.

6. 更新维护收发存日常工作和其他仓储文件存档，完成接收、转运、交货和配送表格
Update and maintain the daily work of receiving and sending, complete forms of receiving, forwarding, delivery and distribution.

7. 定期做好循环盘点，保证库存准确
Take part in regular cycling stock count to ensure inventory accuracy.

8. 定期巡视生产用气瓶的数量，对接供应商确保及时供给
To regularly check the Q’ty of industrial gas cylinders, make sure enough supply for production demand.

9. 完成其他交办的工作
Other duties as assigned.


任职资格:

1. 高中及以上学历
Education of high school or above.

2. 2年以上相关工作经验
Over 2 year’s related working experience.

3. 熟悉仓库MRP/ERP操作相关知识，具有一般水平的英语读写能力
Familiar with knowledge of warehouse MRP/ERP, with fair English reading/written capability.

4. 良好的团队协作能力
Good team work ability.
