Department Mission:
As a member of the Southeast Cluster Customer Excellence (CXSE) department, you will act as a vital partner to the sales team, dedicated
to optimizing sales processes, enhancing cost-effectiveness, accelerating product innovation, and aiding in the achievement of performance goals。

Core Business Scope 核心业务范围:
Work closely with the sales team to handle orders and business contracts, ensuring the efficient operation of sales channels.
与销售团队紧密协作,处理订单和商务合约,确保销售渠道的高效运作。
Execute and manage business policy resources to ensure smooth sales processes.
执行和管理商务政策资源,保障销售流程的顺畅。
Primary Service Model 主力服务模式:
Provide one-stop, end-to-end business support as a direct extension of the sales team.
提供一站式、端到端的业务支持,作为销售团队的直接延伸
Utilize the shared services and capability center team as backup to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the service model.
利用共享服务和能力中心团队作为后援,确保服务模式的有效性和高效性。
Support new business innovations by offering professional support to the sales team, driving continuous improvement and development
支持新业务创新,为销售团队提供专业支持,推动持续改进和发展。
Specific Work Content 具体工作内容:
Assist the sales team with task allocation, budget management, and interpretation and communication of business policies.
协助销售团队进行任务分配、预算管理,解读和宣导商务政策。
Review and process sales expense applications to ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
审核销售费用申请,确保符合公司政策和操作指导。
Manage the contract signing, execution, tracking, and settlement processes to ensure fulfillment of contractual terms.
管理合同签订、执行、跟踪及结算流程,确保合同条款得到履行。
Oversee the order process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery, managing inventory and logistics coordination.
监督订单流程,确保订单的准确性和及时配送,管理库存和物流协调。
Provide professional customer service, addressing inquiries and issues arising during the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction.
提供专业的客户服务,解决销售过程中的咨询和问题,提升客户满意度。
Utilize data analysis to optimize service processes, working with the sales team to build and maintain an exceptional customer experience.
利用数据分析,优化服务流程,与销售团队共同构建和维护卓越的客户体验。
Job Requirements 职位要求:
Education Background: Full-time bachelor’s degree or above.
教育背景:全日制本科及以上学历。
Professional Skills: Familiar with sales process, risk control, and data analysis. Experience in SAP operations is a plus.
专业技能:熟悉销售流程、风险控制和数据分析。有SAP操作系统经验者优先。
