[Your Responsibilities] As a Client Service Coordinator, you will: 1及时准确的回复客户,销售和support的inquiry,接受客户的检测样品,合同评审,检查检测样品,正确及时地进单,审核报告首页,出具发票,并跟踪至单子出具。 2分包或向分支实验室转单的执行,并通知客户。 3正确及时地回复客户/销售/实验室其他部门同事的测试咨询。 4协助对投诉和不符合项的调查。 5配合客服主管和Program Manager完成组内工作。
[The Skills We're Looking For] - University graduate with a major in Business/Engineering; - Minimum 1 year of related work experience; - Knowledge of the Middle East market or experience with clients from that region is a bonus; - Good communication skills and good command of English; - Hard-working personality with a positive attitude; - High efficiency and organization skills; - Flexibility and willingness to learn; - Good ability e to work under pressure.
