Job Summary: The Content Operation Specialist will be responsible for supporting several priority TA’s online content production and operation activities across the online content whole lifecycle, thus creating exceptional content experiences to meet not only external HCP and patient’s needs, but also satisfy internal user’s expectation.
Responsibilities: Support team for any production, review, and approval related tasks to ensure all the contents in any types are delivered on time and meets all the standards. Perform content operation activities in line with operation strategies, make sure of execution excellence to create impact/value for both HCPs and patients. Coordinate among different internal and external key stakeholders to make sure the content operational activities maintains highest quality and speed requirements and in align with key stakeholders’ expectations. Assist with Chief Editor to manage the agencies and editors and unify content from various contributors to ensure every piece of content’s accuracy and consistency. Identify potential opportunities from operation perspective to help team keep the light-speed & high-quality level. Conduct analysis and report on a regular basis and develop communication plan to continuously maximize the operation excellence impact. Make sure the content operational activities comply with related SOP governance requirement.
Education and Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in content production, online media operation, etc Experience with multiple content formats and digital tools to facilitate efficient content production, analysis, and management Experience with healthcare industry’s online content operation is a plus Experience with writing & editing skills or have strong interest in editing preferred Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
