Main Tasks / Key Accountabilities - Monitor shipment delivery status, coordination and push internal and external for punctual delivery - Supervise the documents making process, assure of the correctness and punctuality of all documents - Responsible for the implementation of GDPI (DCD Part), communicate with the relevant supplier & forwarder how to follow up s.Oliver handlings in a correct way - Communicate with merchandiser, QC/QA Dept. & suppliers for the instruction of updated DCD guideline - Keep regular communication with DCD Germany, solve accidental problem - Coordinate and monitor the payment settlement between s.Oliver Germany & suppliers - Assure the correct “new supplier checklist” sent to Germany, update the exporter information in supplier list - Monitor team member’s daily work & assure the correct information feeding in the system, inside portal & Tobas. - Responsible for team building, coach the subordinates in their daily work - Check and analyze the updated export policies information according to the request from the management - Other duties as assigned by superior
Profile - Strong organizing skills - Accuracy, Detail oriented - Timely and precise manner - Analytical skills - Customer service orientation - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of the import & export business - Experience in handling of import & export documentation - Knowledge of the process of logistic affair - Well aware of the established INCOTerms / Payment Terms
Education - At least college graduate, university degree in business administration preferred
Working Experience - > 5 years relative experience, supervisory experience necessary
Language Skills - Fluent in English - Fluent Chinese
