Job Description 61 Maintain one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, etc. 61 Ensure day-to-day accounting activities and follow-ups where needed in a timely and professional manner 61 Handle month/quarter/year-end closing activities 61 Provide support in ensuring a clean and high-quality financial statements 61 Prepare statistical reports and ensure tax compliance 61 Assist in internal control, internal and external audits as needed. 61 May generate and interpret records and reports for internal and/or external use. 61 Review employee reimbursement reports in Concur and keep track of full T&E cycle 61 Maintain good communication with other teams to ensure smooth operation 61 Other ad-hoc work as assigned
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge 61 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related majors, with knowledge of IFRS and China GAAP 61 5 years of related experience preferrable in MNC 61 Experience with SAP preferred, and proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, or similar software 61 Conversant in English, in both writing and speaking 61 Teamwork and ability to work under pressure and communicate cross-functionally
