一、Scope of work 1, Make business plan to fulfill the yearly sales targets including sales quotas and new projects development 2, Develop oversea distributors and molders to establish stable sales channels, manage distributors effectively and efficiently 3, In accordance with the requirements of oversea customers, complete the CIF quotations of products with the aid of cost controller, and prepare relevant product documents to fulfill export order demands, arrange products delivery to oversea harbor and ensure payment on time. 4, In case there are complaints of oversea customers during after-sales, coordinate relevant technical colleagues to deal with the technical issues or quality complaints. 5, Support oversea distributors to develop new projects sales, follow up the key milestones from prospects to commercial approval. 6, Support Bosom marcom team to do products promotion and branding, products exhibitions, technical seminars etc. 二、Qualifications 1, Education: bachelor degree in the fields of engineering, international trades or equivalent disciplines, engineering plastics major preferred 2, Experience:at least 1 years working experience in international trades, distributors development or equivalent technical or sale support jobs, engineering plastics field preferred. 3, Good level of English in speaking, reading and writing, proficiency in Chinese 5, Good communication and leadership to make things done, good project management skill. 6, Results oriented, multitasks, cross-culture communication , work under pressure, willing overtime work if necessary.
