Essential Duties and Responsibilities主要职责: -Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment, and systems; 为客户提供售前和/或售后技术支持,包括产品、设备和系统的调试、安装、测试和维护; -Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during start-up; 排除故障,调查和解决启动过程中出现的技术问题; -Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure and develop their future business; 与客户建立并保持持续的积极合作关系,以发展未来业务; -Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipments upgrades that will meet customer needs; 研究、评估并推荐满足客户需求的新产品或设备升级; -Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction; 监控和解决反复出现的问题,以确保持续的客户满意度; -Train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased. 提供客户培训。
Qualification要求: -University degree or above, preferred from health care related majors; 本科及以上学历,医疗相关专业优先; -Minimum 3 years working experience in medical device industry; 3年以上医疗器械行业工作经验; -Experience in clinical experience or Critical Care field is preferred; 有临床经验或危重病护理领域经验者优先; -Strong sense of responsibility, customer oriented; 责任心强,以客户为导向; -Good communication and team work; 良好的沟通和团队合作能力; -Willing to travel frequently. 愿意经常出差。
