岗位职责 Job Description：


1. 执行并支持相关品类的年度天猫联合业务计划（JBP）/ Execute and support annual TM Joint Business Plan (JBP) on relevant category;
2. 与天猫类目小二密切合作，获得平台资源支持 Close cooperate with TM Category Xiaoer to gain platform resource support;
3. 与电商团队内部、BU和品牌管理等部门协作，以确保各品类的高效运营 / Coordinate with EC-RE, BU,BM etc to ensure sufficiency for category operation;
4. 规划并协调不同店铺的品类运营/推广机制 / Plan and coordinate category operation/promotion mechanism across different stores;
5. 监督和支持TP品类操作的执行质量和结果Monitor and support TP category operation execution quality and result;


专业资质要求 Professional Requirements:


1.3年及以上天猫大客户相关经验 / 3 years and above professional experience;
2.本科及以上学历 / Bachelor Degree or above;
3. 天猫平台行业运营经验优先，大小家电行业运营经验优先 / Tmall platform industry operation experience is preferred, home appliance industry operation experience is preferred.
