RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Create product sourcing briefs including tech packs, bom & specifications within plb standards
2.Request and lead prototype reviews in a team, according to internal requirements and applicable international standards
3.Accurately analyze results, update the tech specs and communicate to suppliers
4.Manage T1 suppliers to provide attractive SMS & 3D visuals to boost PLB market share
5.On board DQA on product level and build together product requirements; transfer the final pack and sample comment to production team, and on board them with all related information
6.Work collaboratively with commercial team; negotiate seasonal prices & conditions (moq, deadlines, etc.) with European/Asia Suppliers
7.Ensure action points done following milestone calendar
8.Input and maintain product data in the product lifecycle management system
9.Identify and evaluate suppliers that align with company standards for cost, quality, compliance and sustainability.
10.Negotiate pricing and lead times to achieve optimal cost savings while maintaining quality.
11.Manage suppliers relationships and monitor performance to ensure timely delivery and adherence to company expectations

KEY REQUIREMENTS
1.Experience in product development and sourcing within the retail/sports industry
2.Experience in production milestone management
3.Familiarity with EU regulation (PPE, TOY, FCM, etc.), compliance standards (e.g., BSCI, SA 8000) and technical documentation
4.Strong data analysis, process mapping skills and learning ability
5.Team Player, Open-minded, result-oriented and adapt to change
6.Willing to go for business trip
7.Strong communication and collaboration abilities
8.Proficiency in using digital tools for product development and sourcing workflows
