岗位职责：
1、根据学校教学计划，负责英语口语课程的教学工作，包括备课、授课、作业批改及学生辅导等。
2、指导学生英语类竞赛，组织及参与学校各类与英语学习相关的语言文化活动，注重培养学生的英语实际应用能力，提高学生的职业素养和跨文化交际能力。
3、积极参与学校的教学改革和教研活动，探索适合专科学生特点的教学模式和方法。
4、关注学生的学习进展和心理状态，及时给予指导和帮助，建立良好的班级氛围。
5、与学校其他教师及管理人员保持良好的沟通与合作，共同推动学校英语教学事业的发展。
1.Teaching oral English courses according to the teaching plan of the school, including lesson preparation, instruction, homework grading, and student support.
2.Participate in the guidance of students’ English competitions. Organize and participate in various language and cultural activities of the college. Pay attention to cultivating students’ practical English ability, and improve students’ professional quality and cross-cultural communication ability.
3.Participate in teaching reforms and research, developing methods suited for vocational students.
4.Monitor students’ learning progress and psychological state, offering guidance and fostering a positive classroom environment.
5.Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to enhance English teaching at the school.

任职条件：
1、遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，身体健康，无犯罪记录。
2、具备出色的英语听、说、读、写能力，发音标准，表达流畅。具备一定中文基础者优先。
3、拥有相关领域的学士及以上学位，英语教育、语言学或相关专业背景者优先。
4、具有英语教学经验，熟悉英语教学方法和技巧。原则上应具有1年及以上教学工作经验，有高校教学经历者优先。
5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与学生建立良好的关系。
6、年龄60岁以下，热爱教育事业，有责任心，愿意投身于英语教育事业。
7、持符合要求的国际语言教学证书的可免除工作经历要求。
1.Adhere to the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, with good physical and mental health, and no criminal record.
2.Possess excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with standard pronunciation and fluent expression. Preference will be given to those with a basic foundation in Chinese.
3.Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields, preferably with a background in English Education, Linguistics or related majors.
4.Have English teaching experience and be familiar with English teaching methods and skills. In principle, candidates should have at least one year of teaching experience, with preference given to those who have taught at vocational colleges or education institutions.
5.Have excellent communication skills and a strong teamwork spirit, and be able to establish good relationships with students.
6.Be under 60 years old, display a strong sense of responsibility and be willing to devote oneself to English education.
7.Working experience can be exempted for those who hold an internationally recognized language teaching certificate.
