RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Environmental Compliance Administration - Administer environmental compliance data for production facility assessments.
Actively engage with suppliers to
61Communicate environmental assessment requirements and targets.
61Coordinate assessment verifications, timelines, and corrective actions.
61Provide reminders and follow-up on actions and updates.
61Ensure accurate and timely reporting of environmental compliance data, adhering to required timelines and cadences (On-Time In-Full – OTIF).
61Monitor supplier updates, ensure data accuracy, and report critical updates/non-adherence issues to the Head of Department (HoD).
2.Social/Factory Compliance Support
61Support the creation and maintenance of a supplier social/factory compliance database by: Collecting, organizing, and updating relevant data.
61Ensuring the database is current and functional.
61Assist the Social Compliance team with:
61Supplier communication for audit scheduling.
61Follow-ups on corrective action plans (CAPs) and remediation measures after audits or spot checks.
61Addressing weaknesses identified in audits and analysis.
3.Data Management and Reporting
61Serve as the primary contact for tasks related to environmental and social/factory compliance data.
61Address supplier queries and provide support on compliance-related issues.
61Extract and prepare data sets and reports to meet both internal and external regulatory reporting requirements.
61Analyze and interpret environmental and social compliance data for:
61Performance evaluations.
61Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracking.
61Risk management purposes.
4. Collaboration and Performance Monitoring
61Collaborate with service platform providers for system updates, functionality improvements, cadences, training, and query resolutions.
61Work with the performance team to
61Develop dashboards for environmental and social compliance monitoring.
61Ensure compliance-related data submissions for reporting and performance analysis of the supply base.
61Collaborate closely with IIC PLB compliance team members to:
61Provide data for regulatory or national organization (NOs) reporting requests.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
1.Experienced in data administration and data management as well as online system management within manufacturing industry
2.Know-how and/ or strong interest in social compliance or/ and or environmental assessments
3.Strong learning ability
4.Solid data analytical skillset
5.Team player, open-mind and international way of thinking
