Experience: 1.A minimum of 5 – 7 years manufacturing experience with a minimum of 3 years in Quality Assurance. 2.Local language and English. 3.Undergraduate degree in quality surveying/ mechanical engineering required;
Knowledge and Skills: 1.Technical knowledge of glass fiber and applications. Familiar with fabrics quality and process parameters of weaving and knitting 2.Strong Organizational Development Skills: Has the ability to organize cross functional initiatives; Develop talent within the quality team as well as outside of the team. 3.Coaching Skills: Has the ability to coach and mentor employees and leaders through complex problem solving process.
