岗位职责Responsibilities:
1. to take part in planning ,preparation and support learning as directed by the class teacher
在带班教师的指导下，参与准备和支持各种教学活动和工作。
2. to assist in the management of students as they move to and from classes to specialist classes
and remain with the class in these lessons
逢专科教师授课，需带领学生转换教室，并随班提供协助。
3. to facilitate the learning of individual students or small groups of students under the direction of
the class teacher.
在带班教师的指导下为学生独立学习或小组学习提供帮助。
4. to support discipline in line with school policy.
按照学校管理政策要求维持班级纪律。
5. to be involved in the assessment of students.
参与学生的评估工作。
6. to play a role with the class teacher in the pastoral care of the students in their class.
协助带班教师完成学生的关顾工作，并参与全校范围相关项目。
7. to undertake supervisory duties on campus as directed.
按照要求监护学生在校内的活动。
8. to accompany children to the school buses and ensure they are safely on board at the end of
each day
护送学生上、下校车，以确保其安全。
9. to participate in and help to organise co-curricular activities
协助参与和组织所安排的延展课程活动。
10. to assist in celebrations, events and programmes as directed
协助庆典、活动和项目的开展。
11. to attend meetings and training as required.
参与学校安排的会议与培训。
12. on occasion to teach classes as cover teacher.
根据学校要求完成代课工作。
13. observe other teachers on a regular basis to learn from good practice.
主动学习，主动听课，提高自身素养和教学能力。
14. to assist foreign teachers in home-school communication
协助外籍教师共同承担家校沟通职责。

岗位要求Requirements:
1. 全日制本科或硕士学历（具有硕士学历者优先）
Bachelor’s degree or above, candidates with a Master’s degree are preferred;
2. 认真、负责、细致，对学生有耐心和责任心；
Patient, reliable, responsible, detailed-oriented;
3. 有志于国际教育行业，有较强的合作精神，沟通能力强；
Committed to international education profession; good team player with excellent communication skills;
4. 英语听说读写能力优秀，英语口音标准，口语流利，语法基础扎实，能够阅读全英文教学材料；
Good command of English in terms of reading/writing/listening/speaking, with good pronunciation and grammar; capable of reading textbooks in English；
