工作职责:

1. 编写产品电气接线作业指导书和电气接线详图，并注明工艺参数和相关质量标准；
Compile electrical assembly WI and wiring drawings; and noting process parameters & quality standards.

2. 检查订单的设计BOM和电气设计系统图的准确性，并督促及时更正；
Check design BoMs and electrical systematic drawings from the Technical team, and push corrective processes.

3. 及时处理生产线发生的电气部分生产异常，并牵头制定解决方案, 避免产能损失；
To resolve electrical assembly abnormal cases in production lines in time for avoiding production loss.

4. 电气工艺技术及流程改进，如工艺的完善，工时参数标准的核定；
Improve electrical assembly process, such as the process optimization, standard working hours measurement.

5. 分析生产现场电气工艺和质量问题，提出解决办法及改进措施；
Analyze on-site problems of process and quality, make solutions and measures.

6. 对接技术部的项目随机备件BoM并转化为随机备件装箱方案，支持工厂顺利出货；
To translate spare parts BoMs from Technical Dept. into packing proposal, to provide support for the smooth dispatch of factory output.

7. 监督检查工艺技术标准的执行情况，及时纠正不正确操作；
Supervise and inspect the implementation of standard process technology, correct the improper operation timely.

8. 跟踪技术部下发的BOM 和工程变更；
Check and trace change of BOM and ECN from the Technical department.

9. 参与新购设备的技术方案和验收工作，制作设备操作规程，培训现场员工；
Participate in new equipment acceptance and technical proposal carrying out, prepare equipment operating instructions and enact the training.

10. 完成其他交办的工作。
Other duties as assigned.



任职资格:

1. 电气工程或自动化专业本科；
Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or automation.

2. 英语读写良好；
Good English in reading and writing.

3. 3年以上机电设备生产厂商的工作经验；
Over 3 year experience in electrical equipment factories.

4. 熟悉电气装配；
Familiar with electrical assembly process.

5. 熟悉Eplan或其他电气制图软件， 知晓5S；
Familiar with Eplan software or others, and has knowledge of 5S.

6. 较好沟通能力，优秀的问题分析能力。
Good communication skills, excellent problem analysis ability.
