Responsibilities:
1.Quality team management
Establish and maintain ISSUK quality team to make sure the team is capable to manage the quality in daily operation
2. system Quality
Implement and optimize the quality system to make sure the quality system well implement and maintain the product certificate
3.Supplier quality
To monitor qualified supplier quality by KPI measure, regularly auditor or meeting to secure the quality level of components
4.Project quality
Manage the project quality -component qualification, process qualification and setup the control for IQC, process and QA&PT etc.

Qualities:
1.Fluent English
2.Quality management skill 10 years with expertise quality system management, team management etc.
3.Problem solving skill
