About the role



Key Responsibilities:

1.负责热交换器的生产流程、相关工艺设计、作业性评估、制作标准作业文件及作业方法指导，现有生产设备、治具等对新产品适用性评估。

Responsible for the production process of heat exchangers, related
process design, workability assessment, production of standard operating
documents

and operating method guidance, existing production equipment, fixtures,
etc. to assess the applicability of new products

2.推进和协调新产品开发阶段的工作事宜。Promoting and coordinating the development phase of new
products

3. .生产设备相关参数设定、调试以及维护、异常故障、品质相关异常分析及改善。

Setting, debugging and maintenance of production equipment, analysis and
improvement of abnormal faults and quality related abnormalities.

4.负责实现持续提高生产效率，改进产品工艺质量，生产布局规划、改善。

Responsible for achieving continuous improvement of production efficiency,
improvement of product process quality, production layout planning and
improvement





Requirements

We are looking for people who are familiar with heat exchanger products,
production processes and equipment. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

1.本科及以上学历，电气、机械、自动化、控制等相关专业。

Bachelor degree, major in industrial engineering or quality related, about
2-3 years of work experience, proficient in IE, have been in lean improvement
projects.

2.工作经验5年以上，熟悉热交换器产品、生产流程及设备

More than 5 years of work experience, familiar with heat exchanger products,
production processes and equipment.

3.Office运用熟练,有逻辑思考能力，做事积极，性格开朗，能承受一定的工作压力，会CAD者优先

Proficient in Office, logical thinking ability, active, cheerful
personality, able to work under pressure, CAD skills preferred.

4.具各良好的分析、解決问题、人交往、沟通和談判能力，有团队协调能力，

Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication and
negotiation skills with team coordination skills.

5.具备良好的英语听说读写能力

Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
