Responsibility 工作职责:
1. Sourcing, developing and integrating cost-effective fabric supplier resources, evaluating suppliers to ensure they provide high-quality products with good price level.
寻找、开发和整合高性价比的面料供应商资源，评估面料供应商确保其提供的产品既优质又具备价格优势。
2. Establishing sustainable and cooperative relationships with suppliers to ensure the smooth progress of fabric development.
与供应商建立可持续的合作关系，确保面料开发工作的顺利开展。
3. Converting development requirements from concepts or ideas into actual fabric samples, ensuring them meet design specifications and quality standards.
将开发需求从概念或想法转化为面料样品实物，并确保其符合设计要求和品质标准。
4. Closely collaborating with design and product development Teams during new development season, provide professional suggestion for fabric material selection.
开发季期间与设计和成衣开发团队紧密合作，为面料选材提供专业建议。
5. Responsible for bulk fabric production follow, responsible for lap dip approval, strike off approval, all type of color approval
负责面料大货的跟进，负责色样、印花样、色卡等的审批工作，确保颜色符合要求。
6. Resolving potential issues during the fabric development & bulk production process through effective communication and coordination.
通过有效的沟通和协调，解决面料开发和大货生产过程中可能出现的问题。
7. Completing other tasks assigned by manager
完成经理安排的其他工作。

Requirements 任职要求：
1.5+ years experience in fabric sourcing & development, with prior experience as a fabric merchandiser.
5年以上面料开发及面料跟单经验。
2.Fluent in written and spoken English.
英语书面及口语流利。
3.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good at negotiations.
人际沟通和协调能力强，擅长谈判。
4. Ethical, strong sense of responsibility and a meticulous work attitude.
有职业道德，责任心强，工作细致。
